Maybe you want to enjoy the weekend with fish, don't be left without an indescribable and alternative. Try making fresh trout with this recipe.

The cleaned fish are washed and saved. Three scratches are made on it with a knife.
Potatoes and onions are cut into rings. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
Olive oil, grated garlic, juice of one lemon, black pepper, red pepper powder and salt are taken into a bowl and mixed.
Rub it all over the fish with a brush. Apply generously into the scratches and don't forget the abdominal area. Place the scratches on the lemon.
Place a peeled clove of garlic and a bay leaf on the belly of the fish for flavor.
Arrange the potatoes on the tray first, then the onion.
Place the fish on it. Pour the remaining sauce over the fish.
First cover it with moistened greaseproof paper and cover it with aluminum foil again.
Bake for half an hour in a preheated 200 degree oven. Uncover and continue cooking for the last 15 minutes. Good luck to those who will try it.
